Jake smashes the Great Manchester Run for CP Teens UK

A big congratulations & thank you to Jake who has completed the Great Manchester Run today for CP Teens UK!

Jake, who has Cerebral Palsy, took to the streets of Manchester on the hottest day of the year so far to complete the 10k.
