Sunshine, smiles & Frame Running

We have had such a fantastic Frame Running & Social day today!

A big thank you to Momentum Mobility & Rehab for coming along, bringing the frames & for getting everyone on!

CP Teens UK Ambassador, Matt, also joined us. Matt was the first ever person to run and complete the London Marathon on a Frame Runner. Matt was showing & helping with technique & was offering tips & help.
