Join us on 'Ethel' - the accessible canal boat! Saturday 8th June 2024. Trip departs from Victoria Quay, Sheffield at 10/11am (TBC). The trip lasts 4 hours and returns to Victoria Quay. Due to very limited numbers, we can only accommodate one 2-to-1 on this trip (12 passengers in total, including staff). The 2-to-1 space will be allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis to be as fair as possible to everyone. ** 2-TO-1 SPACE GONE 30/01/2023. SORRY! ** The wide beam barge is 57 feet long and is fully accessible. Lifts provide access to all areas of the boat. There is a fully accessible toilet, shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and large centrally heated lounge area with panoramic windows. Manual & power chairs allowed on board. Life jackets MUST BE WORN (provided). Bring your own lunch - you're welcome to make use of the onboard kitchen. FREE (refundable deposit of £15 required to secure place). THOSE UNDER-18 AND THOSE REQUIRING SUPPORT MUST ATTEND/BOARD WITH A PARENT/CARER/PA.
